We completed a feasibility study and municipal campus master plan for consolidating all City departments, and evaluating the space needs for City departments, required adjacencies, and the condition of existing buildings in the downtown campus to develop its Master Plan for municipal buildings.

As part of the project, we designed a new 16,000 sf Public Works Building, with a customer service area, offices, conference rooms, storage, emergency operations center, lunch and multipurpose rooms, locker rooms, mudroom, wellness center, vehicle maintenance, wood and welding shops.
