We completed a feasibility study and master plan for a new SHA mixed use development at Holly Court. We explored the maximum build-out for the commercial site on Martin Luther King Way South, and the residential site to the west.

The residential site would integrate market rate with subsidized housing. The site is located in a Station Area Overlay District, due to its proximity to the new Othello Street light rail station. This allowed us to explore pedestrian-friendly options, with less of the site dedicated to parking.
