We designed a major renovation of Rainier Beach High School's library, science and culinary arts programs, as well as roof, masonry and ADA upgrades.

The library was expanded to 8,000 sf. New solatube skylights and removal of interior walls improve daylighting. A new performing arts stage, seating area and balcony were added.

The Culinary Arts program was upgraded with a new full commercial kitchen and dining area. The science program was renovated with new lab facilities and HVAC system.
