This new development near Edmonds Community College consists of 36 single-family homes clustered around pockets of shared open space. The development fronts a park and is served by
a private street. Parking is provided in garages under the
homes.
The project was approved
through the Planned Unit Development (PUD) process in a multiple-family zone. We used the allowed multi-family density while separating the
units into free-standing single-family homes for individual ownership.
