The CSO Reduction Pump Station in the City of Snohomish was awarded Best in State: Silver Award for Social/Economic Value by the ACEC.
Rolluda Architects served as the architect of record for the project. BHC Consultants served as the lead engineering team.

LEED® v2 Platinum for Commercial Interiors | U.S. Green Building Council
The new Transportation Center at the University of Washington, Seattle was LEED-certified Platinum for Commercial Interiors in 2012
This new 2-story, 12,000 square foot facility incorporated LEED priniciples from the beginning in order to meet the University’s goal for achieving a LEED-CI Platinum rating. The Transportation Center was the first campus project to achieve a LEED Platinum rating for Commercial Interiors.
