Rolluda Architects, Inc. (RAI), established in 2002 by Alex Rolluda, provides architecture, interior design, and planning services to both private- and public-sector clients. RAI specializes in the design of educational, community, transportation, municipal and government, retail and commercial, industrial, aviation,multi-family and residential, and mixed-use projects.
Located in the heart of Seattle's historic Pioneer Square neighborhood, Rolluda Architects is comprised of more than 46 dedicated staff members. We are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality of service and are always striving to exceed their expectations.
Rolluda Architects is a Small Business Enterprise (SBE), a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), all certified through the WA State Office of Minority & Women’s Business Enterprises (OMWBE).
