Bob Hale Named Preservation Champion | Historic Seattle
The RAI family gathered at Historic Seattle's Preservation Celebration to honor Bob Hale, who received the organization's Preservation Champion award. In presenting the award, Historic Seattle cited Bob's "outstanding contributions to historic preservation in the Chinatown-International District, especially the restoration of the Louisa Hotel".

Evergreen Village Wins Excellence in Construction Award | Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC)
Evergreen Village won the Excellence in Construction Award for Tenant Improvement/Renovation between $10 Million and $100 Million from Associated Builders and Contractors of Western Washington. Synergy Construction accepted the award for their excellent work. Rolluda Architects was the architect of record for the project.
