“Do one thing every day that scares you.” – Eleanor Roosevelt
Cameron is a licensed architect and a LEED Green Associate. She is originally from Denton, Texas, but grew up in a small marshy town in southwest Louisiana. She received her Master of Architecture from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2012. During her education she studied abroad in Italy and worked on several design-build homes in low-income neighborhoods in Louisiana.
After completing her studies, Cameron worked on high-end residential projects in San Francisco. She then moved to Houston where she worked on the design team of a large firm. There she worked on a variety of project types including high rise commercial, collegiate, churches, high rise condominiums, and residence halls. She later worked at firms in Louisiana where she collaborated on a large medical office building, hospital, and commercial office building renovations.
In her spare time, Cameron enjoys spending time with her husband, son and their two dogs. She also really enjoys crocheting, knitting, and gardening.
