Rolluda Architects helped shape a design that capitalized on Seattle’s distinct cultural and geographic qualities, ultimately delivering a rich delegate experience while enlivening the city's rapidly evolving urban core. The massive expansion injects 1.2 million sf of state-of-the-art exhibition and meeting space into the downtown landscape. Furthermore, the comprehensive scope of work weaves the massive convention facility seamlessly into the neighborhood fabric by incorporating a 30-story residential tower with 428 units, a 16-story office building, and dynamic new retail and public spaces along the building's exterior.
