The project invovled the demolition of an existing one-story, approximately 2,800 sf building, approximately 2,800 sf. The Owner wished to construct a new, single-purpose building on the property at 3711 Broadway Avenue North for the purpose of housing a bakery production and retail facility of approximately 3,500 sf.

Rolluda Architects provided construction drawings and construction administration services, including permit application and coordination, building code and zoning code review, design documents, materials samples, construction cost estimates, construction documents, and subconsultant coordination. The project included site development for surface parking.
