Dennis Glynn AIA, NCARB

Born and raised in the Pacific NW, Dennis attended Washinton State University’s Pre‐Medicine program, changing his major to Architecture after exposure to the program. He spent time in London with his Architectural History class and visited architectural landmarks in England and Europe.

​In 1980, Dennis received his Bachelor of Architecture, attending commencement wearing a mask to protect himself from Mount St. Helen’s eruption of volcanic ash.

​After graduation, Dennis returned to Seattle and worked for various architectural firms. In 1984 he relocated to Honolulu, Hawaii to represent a Seattle firm after extensive travel throughout Southeast Asia.

​After working for both large and small firms in Honolulu, in 2000 he formed his own architectural firm, Dennis Glynn Architects (DGA).  He worked on a variety of residential and commercial projects, winning an award for a seaside residential remodel. He is a licensed architect in Hawaii and Washington and is working on obtaining his LEED AP certification.
