The Eastern Café is spacious 28,000 sf café with a high ceiling in the historic Eastern Hotel in the heart of Seattle's Chinatown/International District. Bob Hale led the design effort as Project Manager.
The restaurant serve coffee, tea, sandwiches, crepes, and gelato, plus beer and wine.
