Filipino Community Village Phase II
Filipino Community of Seattle
The Filipino Community Village Phase II project features the new construction of a seven-story mixed-use building, utilizing five stories of wood-frame housing over a two-story
Type I concrete base. This development delivers 56 units of family housing, ground-level
commercial space, and parking on the first two floors. The comprehensive scope begins
with site demolition, excavation, and utilities, moving through foundational concrete
work, structural carpentry, and custom casework. The building will be completed with
high-performance insulation, fiber cement siding, robust roofing, storefront windows, and
overhead coiling doors. Inside, finishes include gypsum assemblies, ceramic tile, resilient
flooring, professional painting, residential appliances, a central elevator, and fully integrated mechanical and electrical systems. Site development features professional landscaping and paving, complemented by off-site infrastructure improvements including new sidewalks, curbs, and gutters.
