Associate

“Everything negative – pressure, challenges – is all an opportunity for me to rise.” – Mamba Mentality

Joseph completed his Bachelor of Science in Architecture at the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines in 1998. As a licensed architect, Joseph began his career working for an architectural firm in the Philippines. He served as a project architect and then took on the role of CAD manager. Joseph's ambitions as a young architect led him to work on projects like high-rise buildings, residential houses, and military facilities.

Joseph moved to the United States after his work permit was approved in 2003. After arriving in Washington state, he worked for various architectural and engineering firms in the Pacific Northwest for the next few years. Joseph worked on projects that included K-12 schools, historic buildings, and community projects. As his career progressed, Joseph began working on hospitals and religious projects.

To stay updated with his software proficiency, Joseph participated in trainings at Renton Technical College. Both in the Philippines and in the United States, Joseph takes pride in sharing his skills and talents by training interns and newcomers on industry standards and drawing design documentation.

Joseph's favorite activities outside of work include exploring cuisines from different cultures with his wife, coaching his son in basketball, and teaching his daughter ballet. A Kobe Bryant fanatic, he loves playing basketball and is engaged in various activities, such as cycling, bowling, and improving his golf shots.
