As part of a 2010-2016 on-call contract, Rolluda Architects conducted investigations of the existing utilities’ availability and capacity, and determined utility needs for a new consolidated recycling Transfer Station in Algona along West Valley Highway.

RAI conducted programming activities with the client and stakeholders to identify upgrades to the existing utilities in compliance with the Transfer Station’s needs and provided ideas for a variety of commercial mitigation strategies related to public facilities.
