Rolluda Architects provided programming, design, and construction support services for the development of a 12-acre site with a 29,000 sf administration and operations building, a 11,600 sf parts and tool storage warehouse with facilities shop, a 29,300 sf loading dock for up to 10-line crews, a fuel island, and heated storage building. The second floor of the building houses an emergency operations center. The site contains 60,000 sf of surface parking. Our firm's responsibilities included space needs analysis of the County’s existing facilities as part of the programming phase, day-to-day design and production efforts, client and subconsultant coordination, specifications preparations, and development and issuance of an early site preparation bid package.
