Thanks to 4Culture and the Preservation Special Projects grant, we were able to contract Rolluda Architects to lead a team of subcontractors in evaluating current facilities needs and help us plan for improvements.

Fuzou Connection: Chinese President Xi Jinping to Visit Tacoma’s Lincoln High School | The News Tribune

 

Tacoma has had a sister-city relationship with Fuzhou since 1994. Both cities have participated in educational, cultural and sports exchanges, and Tacoma lawmakers regularly visit Fuzhou.

Rolluda Architects was part of the design team that helped incorporate the commemorative pavilion ("ting") from the city of Fuzou into Tacoma's Chinese Reconciliation Park.

Rolluda Architects is designing the horseshoe-shaped building, which will wrap around a large patio.

Work Completed at Entiat Park on Columbia River | Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce

 

Rolluda Architects was part of the design team that redeveloped Entiat Park along the banks of the Columbia River in Central Washington.

The team was led by landscape architects J.A. Brennan Associates.

Rolluda Architects, led by Bob Hale is designing the Louisa Hotel. Barrientos iis the development manager and Marpac Construction is the contractor.
