Angle Lake Park
City of Seatac

Richard Murakami, while with Arai Jackson Ellison Murakami Architects, first started working with the City of SeaTac on this lakefront park when he designed a performance stage for their popular “music in the park” series. This was followed by a multi-phased project where he designed a restroom facility, arbors, and several picnic shelters in the craftsman aesthetic desired by the city.

The project also involved an addition to the restroom to incorporate a pump room for a large spray park, two additional picnic shelters, and a lifeguard building.
