This on-call project for the City of Seattle consisted of the addition of two single-occupant gender-neutral ADA-accessible restrooms in the Seattle Municipal Tower office building located in downtown Seattle.

The 4th floor Gender Neutral Restroom converted an existing bank vault into a restroom requiring new plumbing, fixtures, finishes, and ramp to access the different floor elevation into the new space. The 40th floor Gender Neutral Restroom remodeled an employee rest area adjacent to separate men’s and women’s restrooms into a dedicated GNRR.
