The South Community Centers stabilization projects deliver critical renovations and necessary facility upgrades across three existing City of Seattle Parks and Recreation community centers. These vital structural and interior improvements include full restroom and kitchen remodels, interior reconfigurations to meet shifting programmatic demands, complete floor and roof replacements equipped with modern fall protection, targeted exterior repairs, and the addition of new windows to maximize natural light. Furthermore, the projects drastically improve facility accessibility, expand entry lobbies for enhanced public arrival, and install integrated security-camera systems to guarantee long-term safety and operational resilience for Seattle residents.
