Richard Murakami served as Project Manager and Mónica Mancera served as Senior Project Designer for the Hockey Team Rooms Predesign Study. The purpose of the study was to assess the need to add five new team rooms to the Center. Four alternative designs were compiled for consideration. The preferred alternative was chosen adding five new locker rooms which allows two teams to be on the ice while potentially three teams queue for play or use for other skating activities.

The project is currently in the Schematic Design phase.
