Rolluda Architects, Inc.(Architect: RAI) provided architectural services for the design of three (3) planning options to help locate a new church with an adjoining parish hall on the current site. The original 100 year old church building was to remain in all options.

As part of this effort, RAI provided square footage costs for each option. The costs were included in an evaluation matrix to facilitate review. The matrix was included consideration such as parking count, and exist­ing site structures such as the well, septic tanks and system, and whether or not these could remain or require relocation.

A fourth option, along with associated costs, was a new facility on the 6 acre site. RAI confirmed zoning, setbacks, development standards, and opportunities for Rural Residential zoning.
