Rolluda Architects provided the design for this 14,924sf roof demolition and replacement. Demolition consisted of removal of the existing metal formed ribbed roofing and trim, including removal of self-adhered membrane under the metal roof. Leaf guards and downspouts at the gutters removed and replaced. After analyzing the existing roof assembly, it was determined to remove the damaged sheathing and wet insulation.
